Meet Linda


I’m Linda, a virtual assistant from Shoreham

Competent, capable & committed, I’m motivated to work hard in all situations, both personal and professional, never leave a job half done and love to constantly learn new things. I relish a challenge, am flexible and can adapt to new working environments.

In my latest role I was Office Manager responsible for all administration, managing the team ensuring all processes are followed through from Sales and Workshop to Admin correctly. Collating data for KPI`s and P&L figures from various departments for the General Manager. Arranging and carrying out staff training, dealing with customer care issues bringing them to a satisfactory conclusion. During lockdown I solely ran 3 departments resulting in sales trebling.

Prior to this I was an Engineering Manager for a Motability firm, where my role was varied from preparing quotes & managing the motability scheme including managing call outs, insurance claims & servicing. Preparation of weekly reports of engineering calls, warranty repairs, processing Motability and comparing to response targets. 


Other key skills include creating spreadsheets and documentation, organising and updating staff rotas, creating and carrying out risk assessments and organising daily planners, payroll & dealing with complaints.  Communicating with clients & customers via email, phone and face to face. 


Aside from work I am a proud grandmother & love nothing more than spending time with my family. I like walking, reading & you may occasionally find me on a bike ride… but only occasionally!
